Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity, enhance system functionality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business efficiency through Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
Customize Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Record Types)
Manage data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, cleansing, and data imports/exports
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
