Customize and configure Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
Develop and maintain Flows, Workflows, and Approval Processes
Build dashboards, reports, and automation solutions
Manage data integrity, migrations, and duplicate controls
Configure security settings, profiles, permission sets, and roles
Support integrations, AppExchange apps, and Web-to-Lead functionality
Document work and communicate progress efficiently
