Salesforce Administrator and Developer

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator & Developer to own the architecture,

configuration, development, and ongoing optimization of our Salesforce environment. This

role sits at the intersection of revenue operations, compliance, and engineering.

The ideal candidate combines strong declarative administration skills with solid

programmatic development capability (Apex, LWC), and understands how to design

scalable, auditable systems in a regulated financial services environment.

This role is accountable for system integrity, automation reliability, data governance, and

enabling revenue teams through durable, well-documented solutions—not one-off hacks.
