Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Virtual Assistant to support outbound sales efforts and social media engagement. This role focuses on cold outreach, lead generation, meeting booking, and CRM management.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, fluent in English, and comfortable working independently in a KPI-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn and email
- Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Source contact information using tools such as ContactOut or Apollo
- Qualify leads and book meetings
- Maintain and update CRM records (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce optional)
- Manage and respond to social media DMs professionally
- Assist with AI-based automation for outreach and engagement
- Track performance metrics and report weekly KPIs
