Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Salespeople Recruitment, Training and Mentor.

-Recruit competent and result orient salespeople, ensure they are well trained, mentor and coach them.

-Oversee day-to-day operations of the unit.

-Ensure compliance with operational standards and procedure



Team Leadership

-Supervise and develop unit staff.

-Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.

-Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.



Customer Service

-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

-Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints.

-Implement customer service improvement initiatives.

Sales & Business Development

-Drive unit sales targets and revenue growth.

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

-Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Reporting & Compliance
