Position Summary

The Sales Training Specialist for Latin America supports the development and execution of regional commercial training programs to enhance sales effectiveness and achieve business objectives. This role works closely with the Training Manager, Marketing, and Commercial teams to implement training initiatives that build product knowledge, clinical understanding, and selling capabilities across the sales organization. The specialist delivers high‑quality training programs, supports new product launches, and reinforces field execution through ongoing education and coaching. Training content is deployed, culturally relevant, and aligned with regional and global strategies.
