Responsibilities

  • Evaluate training needs and identify gaps in sales performance to develop targeted training strategies
  • Overall responsible in the design of the company’s new hire training program for sales personnel
  • Develop training materials including presentations, handouts and online resources to support the training program/s
  • Collaborate with sales managers and leaders to establish training goals and strategies that align with overall company goals and objectives
  • Deliver training programs for new and current sales representatives through a variety of channels and methods such as virtual, classroom, on‑the‑job and coaching sessions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Liaise with external training providers as needed
  • Maintain updated records of training material and database
