Position Responsibilities

  • Take ownership for the ongoing development of every sales representative through joint calls, product / competitor modules and sales meeting content.

  • Provide leadership and facilitation of all onboarding-related sales training programs for new hires including interns.

  • Ensure Uline culture, best practices and procedures are displayed on a daily basis.

  • Make sales calls in open territories as directed when not engaged in training and onboarding activities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

  • Proven track record of achievement of key metrics.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly organized and process-oriented.
