Job Responsibilities-

• Facilitates classroom training to teach product knowledge, call handling skills, customer service/sales skills and process policies and procedures.
• Developing the learning and educational materials, such as presentations, how-to manuals, instructional videos, etc.
• Ensure successful execution of training modules/programs (Product/Process Updates/Training)
• Coaching and Mentoring
• Organize and Conduct the call calibration sessions to ensure standardization of the learning systems.
• Conduct and manage Knowledge Check for New Hires' & Operations Staff
• Audit calls to identify areas of improvement and training gaps and sharing structured feedback.
• Monitor progress of new hires during the 0 to 30 Calendar days once they move to op...
