Trainer:


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct induction and onboarding training for new joiners

• Deliver classroom and on-the-job training on sales, product knowledge, VM basics, and customer service

• Provide on-floor coaching and performance feedback to store teams

• Identify training needs and skill gaps through store visits and audits

• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and presentations

• Track training effectiveness and maintain training MIS

• Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for training calendars

Required Skills

• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

• Good understanding of retail operations and sales processes

• Ability to engage frontline retail staff effectively

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Willingness to travel across stores
