Job Description

As a Sales Trainer in the Sales Training & Development team, you will apply your knowledge of sales and training through interactive sessions, assisting in the rollout of role-specific sales resources, and aiding our sales teams in cultivating more innovative, effective, and profitable practices

Your main responsibility will be to train every seller and sales leader in your region to improve their capabilities and efficiency. Additionally, you’ll work with your colleagues in the Sales Enablement team to develop training programs, tools, systems, and insights that our sales team and channel partners will use in their daily work—helping to shape the Jabra Way of Selling.
