Job Description

As aSales Trainee, you will have the opportunity to support the sales team in driving growth and promoting EF’s global study programs. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in the full sales cycle, from lead generation to customer service, while you work closely with experienced professionals to develop your sales and communication skills.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in promoting and selling EF’s global language and academic programs to prospective students.
  • Support the team in identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into enrolled students.
  • Help manage relationships with potential students, offering guidance and tailored program recommendations.
  • Represent EF at recruitment events, fairs, and universities across Portugal.
  • Contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience before, during, and after enrolment.
