Purpose

To seek new tender business, design integrated security solutions, and secure profitable contracts.

Qualifications

  • Post-matric qualification or equivalent.
  • Senior sales experience essential, specifically in the security industry.
  • Experience reading and understanding RFQs, BOQs, and project specifications.
  • Ability to conduct site surveys and design complex security solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of proposal costing, budget management, and tender submission processes.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
  • PSIRA Grade B is a company requirement.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
