Sales & Technical Manager

About the company/role:
Our client is a Gelato ingredient and pre-mix manufacturer who supplies who supplies high-quality ingredients to well-known food service chains. Their site is based in Western Sydney and they are seeking a Sales & Technical manager to join their team in a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fully-office based role with a reasonable amount of travel involved. The role will report directly to the National Sales Manager and will have 3 direct reports. The ideal background for this role is someone who comes from a Chef/ Kitchen background with hands-on experience with dairy/ gelato products.

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
