Your Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the annual sales target for the Nordics & Baltics region.

  • Define and execute the regional sales strategy.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–7 Account Managers, ensuring clear targets, accountability, and continuous improvement. 

  • Drive growth in direct sales to OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, and key end users.

  • Develop and manage distributor partnerships across the Nordics and Baltics.
