Role Overview
We're hiring a Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale our sales team in a new city. This is a hands-on leadership role you'll not only manage a team but also contribute individually to sales for the first 6–12 months to understand our process deeply and lead by example.
Since this is a new location, setting the right culture of discipline, ownership, and performance will be a core part of your mandate.
