Sales Team Lead

GoGym is looking for an energetic, results-oriented, and people-focused Sales Team Lead to oversee the sales and service performance of one of our clubs. You’ll be responsible for driving membership growth, ensuring high-quality customer experiences, and leading a small team of Service Consultants (our frontline sales staff).

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both sales leadership and people management — someone who can coach, motivate, and execute. You’ll serve as the link between your team, the branch manager, and the executive sales leadership to make sure every member who walks through the door feels welcomed, supported, and excited to join GoGym.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the club’s Service Consultants and Personal Trainers team, ensuring daily targets and service standards are consistently met
• Drive membership sales, renewals, and personal training package sales in line with monthly and quarterly goals
