Job Description

Sales Team Lead (In-Office) Location: Bengaluru (In-Office) Compensation: ₹40,000–₹50,000/month + Incentives Experience: 4–5 years in sales (1–2 years as Team Lead)
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Lead and manage a team of 6 (4 Executives, 2 Associates)
Drive achievement of both individual and team sales targets
Coach, train, and monitor performance and accountability
Optimize sales and demo strategies for Karnataka customers
Proactively make calls to set up own demos as needed
Ensure daily reporting, CRM updates, and process discipline
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Individual and team monthly revenue targets achieved
Team call and demo scheduling volume
Demo-to-sale conversion rates
CRM compliance and reporting accuracy
Requirements:
4–5 years sales experience, 1–2 years as Team Lead (edtech, BFSI, telecom, consumer sales preferred)
