JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


Responsibilities in the first 30 days:

  • Using a script to respond to 100+ leads daily through one platform that pulls in conversations from IG, FB, and LinkedIn
  • Setting through DMs to get qualified leads on the sales calendar
  • Using a set of scripts, respond to Instagram and Facebook DMs
  • Responding to YouTube comments
  • Using a set of scripts, respond to comments on Facebook and Instagram
  • Represent the brand in a warm, respectful, and professional manner that builds trust and invites engagement


Responsibilities added after the first 30 days:

  • Organize the lead inbox at least 2x daily so that the Sales Coordinator knows what leads are a priority
  • Responding to appropriate emails to qualify top-of-funnel leads and escalate where appropriate for the Sales Coordinator
