Sales Support w/Telco Exp (Onsite/Night Shift)

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate system updates, and timely service activation for telecom products (mobile, broadband, enterprise, and network solutions).

Requirements

• At least three (3) years of experience sales support, operations, or admin roles (telecom/tech preferred)
• Knowledge of telecom order workflows and products (broadband, VoIP, network solutions)
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel (tracking, reporting, analysis)
• Experience with CRM/order systems (e.g., Salesforce)
