Responsibilities

  • The Sales Support Technician will provide technical assistance to the Business Development Officers/Manager regarding customer concerns or requirements.
  • Assist with loading activities for assigned accounts to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Prospect potential accounts, deliver presentations, and prepare necessary quotations.

  • IT Graduate
  • Can work under pressure & minimum supervision
  • Must have a good moral character
  • Trustworthy & hardworking
  • Proven skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Salesforce
  • Excellent teamwork abilities
