Your Role

The Sales Support Staff is responsible to provide assistance to the Sales Team in processing the endorsed loan applications to secure approval. Coordinates with the clients to provide assistance and secure information and documents during the application process. Lastly, to facilitate necessary documentation requirements, reports and all records essential to the account's implementation.

Your Impact

• Process loan applications from market channels within the set standards.
• Coordinate with clients in securing additional information and/or documents required for the application process.
• Coordinate with unit dependences relative to the processing of the application from account origination to documentation to implementation.
