We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to support our sales team with administrative coordination, customer communication, and order-related activities. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

+ Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations

+ Maintain CRM records and client data

+ Process orders and ensure documentation accuracy

+ Support client follow‑ups and internal coordination

+ Assist with reporting, data entry, and general sales administration.


Requirements

+ 2+ years of sales or administrative support experience

+ CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
