Keeping up with sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies.
Creating and processing orders promptly, and handling order requests
Setting sales objectives and KPIs.
Checking pending orders and customer requests to ensure they meet the client's satisfaction.
Following up on closures, payments, and grievance resolution.
Performing data entry tasks for metrics, sales statistics, and other pertinent information.
