  • Answering customer inquiries and following up with customers about their order status.

  • Assisting with troubleshooting for client orders, account statuses, and pertinent issues

  • Keeping up with sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies.

  • Creating and processing orders promptly, and handling order requests

  • Setting sales objectives and KPIs.

  • Checking pending orders and customer requests to ensure they meet the client's satisfaction.

  • Following up on closures, payments, and grievance resolution.

  • Performing data entry tasks for metrics, sales statistics, and other pertinent information.

  • Maintaining an organized and accessible file system for sales and administrative professionals.
