Job Overview

The Sales Support Person will support MPH Headgear’s retailers by managing orders, responding to inquiries, advising on product selection, entering orders into production, and providing ongoing support while collaborating closely with production and learning embroidery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders for assigned customer accounts.
• Respond to inquiries and advise on product selection.
• Enter orders into production and track their status.
• Provide any required support to retailers.
• Communicate frequently with customers by phone.

Qualifications & Skills

• Precision, dexterity, and up‑to‑date IT skills.
• Excellent Finnish language skills; able to handle customer‑service situations in English.
