Job Summary:
Champion Bancassurance activity and performance initiatives to enhance Financial Advisor (FA) productivity, drive adoption of key systems, and improve lead conversion rates through the development and execution of targeted programs in close collaboration with the sales leaders. Responsibilities:
Program Design & Execution - 1.) Initiate, co-develop and implemented targeted sales activity and performance management programs in partnership with Sales Leaders, and select Financial Advisors. 2.) Work closely with sales leaders to design and launch targeted campaigns and support initiatives that strengthen FA sales and activity performance and drive progress toward monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. 3.)
