Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders
  • Process purchase orders (PO) and delivery orders (DO)
  • Manage and track sales transactions and documentation
  • Respond to customer enquiries and solve order issues or product‑related questions
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders, delivery, and billing flow smoothly across teams
  • Help prepare reports, sales documents and assist with tender submissions
  • Meet customers / presentations or attend customer/vendor events
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
