As a Sales Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of M&A sales, supporting the sales team in driving revenue and building client relationships. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the end-to-end processes from M&A market research and prospecting to client engagement and account management. You’ll develop your knowledge of Datasite’s solutions while contributing to the team’s success.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying potential clients and understanding market trends

  • Support the team in setting up and attending client meetings

  • Help maintain accurate records of client interactions and contribute to account planning

  • Build rapport with internal and external stakeholders through professional communication and service

  • Participate in sales activities, events and client meetings
