About the Role


You will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer operations, including order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support. This role serves as the key interface between customers, sales, and internal operations to ensure accurate execution, timely delivery, and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities


Order Management

·       Process Sales Orders (SO) accurately and timely based on customer POs and internal approvals

·       Coordinate with Supply Chain / Purchasing on lead time, allocation, and delivery schedules

·       Monitor order status from order entry to shipment and proactively update customers on progress

·       Manage partial shipments, backorders, and delivery changes

Customer Coordination

·       Serve as the primary contact point for customers on order status, delivery, and basic commercial queries
