About the Role

As a Sales Support Executive, you will provide critical back-office support to the Australian sales team by preparing accurate quotations, processing orders, and ensuring projects are ready for production. We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with experience in sales support, quoting, estimating, order processing, or sales coordination. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Build quotes, same day. Turn briefs and leads assigned to you into accurate quotes the same day, using our product configuration and pricing tools.
• Triage incoming work. Prepare and route leads and enquiries from the sales inbox so the sales team can act quickly.
