The Sales Support Executive plays a vital role in supporting the Customer Success Team, focusing on the coordination and administration of renewal processes for licenses and support services. This role ensures timely and accurate renewals, maintains client communication, and assists in a variety of sales and operational tasks to support overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Renewals & Customer Support Coordination
- Monitor and manage renewal schedules for software licenses, support services, and subscriptions.
- Prepare and issue renewal quotations, follow-up emails, and supporting documents to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Technical, and Sales) to ensure seamless renewal processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, renewal statuses, and documentation within CRM or internal systems.
