Incotec Group is looking for a Sales Support Executive to support our Corporate Sales team in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage sales documentation, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure smooth order processing through ERP systems (preferably Odoo).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders

• Maintain & update customer data and sales records in ERP

• Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and production teams

• Track customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order status

• Support sales reporting and customer communication
