- Support the Western Europe Desk with onboarding new clients and ensure full follow-up of files through to account funding.
- Review account opening documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance (KYC/AML).
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks and perform client identification via video conference.
- Coordinate with Legal & Compliance, Client Register, Central Data, and Payments departments to ensure a smooth and efficient account opening process.
- Provide high-level operational and administrative support to the Sales Team and the Head of Desk.
- Handle incoming calls, manage internal and external correspondence, and maintain accurate CRM updates and sales reporting.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with the team.
