  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales support, admissions, marketing, or customer service.

    • Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Handle inquiries from prospective students through calls, emails, chat, and other communication channels. 

  • Provide accurate information regarding programs, admissions, eligibility criteria, fees, and enrolment procedures.

  • Support the admissions and sales teams in lead management and student conversion activities. 

  • Maintain and update student records, inquiry databases, and CRM systems with complete accuracy.
