JOB SUMMARY

Job Scope: Responsible for all administrative and coordination support tasks for the Commercial team. This role is the central hub for all sales data management, documentation, and internal coordination. Key Purpose: To be the Engine Room of the sales team, responsible for increasing the Selling Time for the Sale (GC & Indoor) teams by handling CRM data integrity, documentation, and various coordination tasks with speed and absolute accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Quotation & Proposal Preparation: Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents as requested by the Sale team. CRM & Data Integrity Management: Take full ownership of CRM data entry and maintenance.
