About the Role

LATAM Partners is seeking a highly organized, bilingual Sales Support & Executive Assistant to work from our offices in Guadalajara and support a U.S.-based flooring and remodeling company headquartered in Kansas City. This role is key to ensuring smooth coordination across sales operations, customer communications, and executive tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support to the CEO and U.S.-based sales team.
  • Manage customer communication, scheduling, and status updates for flooring/remodeling projects.
  • Prepare and follow up on estimates, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Assist in managing material orders, vendor coordination, and logistics.
  • Support the operations team with internal and client-facing communications.
