Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and versatile leader to join our team and play a key role in scaling national B2C campaigns. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales Managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive performance, optimize operations, and support continued growth across multiple markets.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the center of campaign execution; owning performance outcomes, supporting sales teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from strategy to field execution. This includes driving headcount growth, hitting client sales targets, and maintaining strong rep productivity across channels like D2D, MDU, Mall/Events, and more.

You’ll collaborate with our Quality & Risk team to uphold compliance standards and work alongside IT to build and improve dashboards, reporting tools, and data visibility. You’ll also support the launch of new offices and programs, helping expand our footprint across Canada.
