Position Overview:
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales department, providing crucial administrative and operational support to our sales team. You'll assist in preparing travel proposal using our travel software, coordinating logistics, data entry of travel services, and maintaining CRM systems. Your role will be instrumental in streamlining processes and ensuring our sales efforts are efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing travel proposals and final itinerary for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and update customer information as needed.
- Providing simple concierge services such as making restaurant reservations.
- Data entry of travel services into our travel software
