Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer sample requests and maintain accurate account updates within the CRM system.
  • Support Failure Analysis activities and follow-up on quality reports.
  • Manage NCNR (Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable) documentation and drives backlog resolution.
  • Maintain and update cross-reference files and customer portals information.
  • Ensure timely processing of purchase order (PO) confirmations within 48 hours.
  • Upload and maintain product change notifications and chemical compliance documentation.
  • Track credit and rebill approvals and communicate lead time updates.
  • Provide general administrative support the team.
