Job Responsibilities EDI Troubleshooting Manage disputed invoices for customers on EDI billing Trouble shooting root cause and resolve dispute on a timely manner Communicate and work with local & overseas stakeholders for resolutions Job Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. Experience in the Freight Forwarding industry, including Freight Bill Audit and Payment (FAP) processes.
