Job Description

  • Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm (with WFH arrangement)

  • Location: Paya Lebar MRT

  • Salary: Up to $3.5k + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders, prepare quotations, and coordinate delivery schedules

  • Review Letter of Credit (L/C) terms and advise on any required amendments

  • Coordinate shipments for industrial sewing machines and spare parts with warehouses (3PL) and freight forwarders

  • Prepare shipping and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and L/C documents

  • Monitor shipment progress and resolve any delivery-related issues

  • Provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders on order and shipment status

  • Respond to inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and logistics matters
