Sales Support

Location: Angeles City, Philippines

Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Night shift)

Salary: Php 35,000.00

Responsibilities

• Initiate collections activities for overdue accounts.
• Send collection letters, call customers and, if needed, escalated to collections.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities in account balances.
• Generate reports on accounts receivable aging.
• Maintain and update records of all transactions, communications, and correspondence.
• Send credit application to customer.
• Communicate with other departments such as sales and accounting to resolve issues related to accounts receivable and address customer concerns.
• Input orders when needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of Sales Support Experience.
• Subject Matter Experience / Trainer.
• Experience in UPS/FEDEX industry is preferred.
