JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Sales Support Analyst plays a critical role in enabling efficient and reliable sales operations accross the dealer network. Acting as a senior individual contributor, this position provides advanced analytical, operational, and coordination support to Sales and Cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate execution of sales processes, issue resolution, and high service levels to dealers. 

 

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Act as a senior operational focal point for sales support activities related to the dealer network.
  • Manage and support complex or non-standard dealer requests, orders, and escalations.
  • Support end-to-end order management activities, from order entry trough delivery and billing follow-up.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to dealers on product availability, lead times, pricing and policies.
