Responsibilities

• Review purchase orders and their status, coordinating with Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and clients.
• Generate quotes for Copeland's Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Electronics products.
• Provide technical product information to clients and assist with product selection using Copeland's tools.
• Execute and maintain price lists.
• Manage general communications to clients, including price increases, changes in commercial conditions, and other company announcements.
• Generate Business Intelligence databases.
• Conduct market analysis, price positioning studies, and market share analysis by product line.
