Sales Support Administrator
We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our clients busy team. You will provide administrative support to the sales function, ensuring excellent customer service and the efficient processing of orders.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
Prepare quotations and support Account Managers with customer requirements.
Process customer and supplier orders using the CRM system.
Manage returns and repairs
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
Maintain allocated customer accounts
Support customer meetings and help build strong client relationships.
Assist with sales administration, reporting and data analysis.
Ensure accurate record keeping using CRM, Microsoft Word and Excel.
