Job Description

Sales & Estimating Support (Approx. 80%)


  • Support the Project Consultants by preparing accurate estimates, quotes, and pricing takeoffs from plans and specifications.

  • Ensure all customer details are complete and up to date in CRM/ERP systems.

  • Prepare and finalize contract documents in coordination with the Project Consultant and/or Sales Supervisor.

  • Act as the primary liaison for internal coordination between Sales, Finance, Operations, Order Entry, Shipping and service to ensure timely flow of information and proactive communication on project status.

  • Assist with walk-in customer inquiries and showroom support when required.

  • Follow up on outstanding items needed to convert quotes to orders.

    • Order Entry & Documentation (Approx. 20%)

  • Accurately input approved orders into the OMNI ERP system, ensuring all information is verified and complete.
