Key Responsibilities and Deliverables Support the Regional Manager in developing and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share Supervise and coach Sales Representatives and Kiosk Sales Representatives, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions for areas of improvement Collaborate with the sales team and all stakeholders to achieve sales targets and objectives Pro-actively influence and manage relationships between the client, customers, and operational staff to ensure growth for clients and customers Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficiency in CRM software, and other sales and productivity tools Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) Communication skills (verbal & written) Sales orientation Influencing skills Planning skills Attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
