Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vegetable products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with supermarkets, wet markets, wholesalers, and food service clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Team Supervision
  • Supervise and guide sales executives or merchandisers
  • Assign daily routes, sales targets, and delivery schedules
  • Conduct performance tracking and provide coaching to improve results
Inventory & Supply Coordination
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability
  • Monitor vegetable freshness, quality, and shelf life
  • Reduce wastage and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO system)
