Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Manage daily sales activities, field operations, and team scheduling.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports, analysis, and forecasts.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and market strategies.
  • Coordinate with management and internal departments to support sales objectives.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for sales growth.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Prior experience in team supervision or leadership is an added advantage.
