Job Summary:
The Sales Supervisor leads sales efforts, oversees daily operations, and ensures excellent customer service, with a strong focus on team development and adherence to company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Build and Support Teams – Sales Supervisor are in charge of building, and in most times repairing teams for every individual to function at their highest.
a. Talent Selection – Sales Supervisor are in charge in the selection and hiring of their sales teams. They are involved in sourcing, resume review, interview and job offer decisions.
